The Local Moco was founded by Joe Kongtong. Having dedicated his life to food and beverage at an early age, he has spent twenty years professionally honing his experience as a restauranteur in both the front and back of the house. Joe has spent well over a decade at high end establishments mastering all things service and more at a high level. He has served as a Food and Beverage Director and General Manager operating at both domestic and international levels. It is safe to assume that The Local Moco will hold service standards at the highest level without fail.
